U/C
Make the unconscious conscious.
A Jungian dream journal.
Coming soon to the App StoreUntil you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
After C. G. Jung · AionIndividuation
Jung called it individuation: becoming whole by bringing what lives in the unconscious into awareness. Dreams show what we have not yet seen in ourselves. Left unseen, it tends to meet us from outside, in the same conflicts, moods and patterns. U/C helps you notice it, a little each day, so that it can begin to change.
- Write your dream as soon as you wake, without analysing it.
- Answer two or three short questions about what its images mean to you. In Jung’s approach, a dream’s meaning comes from the dreamer, not from a dictionary.
- Read a short Jungian reading: what stands out, what the dream may be suggesting, and how it might connect to your waking life.
- Carry one reflection into your day: where to look, and why.
- Talk back to the reading, go deeper, or ask about your dreams as a whole. Over time, your journal shows what keeps returning.
U/C offers possibilities, never verdicts; you are the authority on what resonates. It does not diagnose, it is not therapy, and it does not impersonate Jung. Its interpretations are written by AI, guided by his method.
Your dreams are private. Only you can read them, and you can delete any of them at any time.
